The author also puts down statistics at our disposal concerning cutting down working hours, that proves his point of view.
The author gives his reader only several reasons of the fact that comma is severely neglected, especially in private letters written in Internet, as they are supposed to be superfluous, to some extent. It is not so difficult to stop for a while and think, if comma is needed here or there to make an abstract expressive and perceptible. Few exact feasible solutions are proposed, though possible reasons of rare commas usage are clearly stated by the author. He uses a short pessimistic sentence, beginning the last paragraph. “No more”, the author claims, as laws of the language are changed the way it is convenient for the native speakers. The author concludes with his own contribution into the issue solution. He tries to preserve commas as far as it is possible, the solicitous attitude towards this problem may be understood as if he attempts to create better environment for commas for them to “live” and to survive under the adverse conditions. He counts them carefully as some rare species of animals or birds who are facing the extinction.
Without question, commas should be preserved where they are really necessary but without any fanaticism. Language contains treasures of world culture with all its golden rules and important aspects. It has already been proved that there are no minor details and trifles when it touches upon language as a living organism and a system formed by the words that the language owns.
